This century home was in need of a few updates both inside and out.

The initial project was the backyard. It was originally set up for an active small family. Once transformed it was arranged in zones for the new couple.  The hot tub was set into a secluded corner for privacy.  The main area for entertaining, a low maintenance garden accompanied with a combination fireplace and waterfall.  A grilling area was set close to the entrance of the home just off the kitchen.

The second project was the kitchen. Although, updated the function of the layout was not desirable. With the use of classic styling for the cabinetry and perimeter colour made this kitchen a chef’s dream.  The large island was intended for entertaining and lots of room for preparation of a gourmet meal. The new layout allowed for greater ease with everything at your fingertips.

The final project the garage from the outside was worn but, on the inside, it was not ideal for a car to be stored. By rebuilding this from the foundation and updating the materials this became a great space for storage and space for a single car.
